01Step 1: Tell us the trip you want
Start with dates or a date range, the number of travellers, and the trip: a named tour, a destination, a trek, or a custom idea. Add pace and comfort, must-see places, and anything you need arranged, such as a jeep, a guide, a hotel, a transfer, or visa help. If you already have an itinerary from the contact page, say so and refer to it, so the booking request continues that conversation instead of starting a new one.

02Step 2: Written quote, then confirmation
HelloBaltistan replies with a written itinerary and quote. The quote is the document that matters: it lists the route, stays, transport, guides, inclusions, exclusions, and any partner-supplied element by name. Read it before confirming. Ask for a cheaper version, a more comfortable version, a different route, or extra days while it is still a quote. Confirmation happens only when you accept a written quote and HelloBaltistan confirms the booking in writing, with the payment and cancellation terms that apply to that booking.

03Step 3: Prepare, then travel
After confirmation, preparation covers the items in your quote: visa and documentation help if requested, domestic travel and transfers, packing for the season and altitude, and insurance. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip, and trekking insurance that covers high-altitude trekking is required in practice for treks such as K2 Base Camp; check your policy wording, not just its title. Keep buffer time around domestic flights, which are weather-dependent in the north.
