Day 1: Arrive Skardu, Satpara Lake and Skardu town. Day 2: Shangrila and Upper Kachura lakes. Day 3: Shigar Valley and Shigar Fort. Day 4: Khaplu Valley and Khaplu Palace (or Deosai, in season). Day 5: Katpana desert and departure. This is a starting plan — days can be reordered for flights, weather, and your interests, and Deosai needs June–September access.
